jamie2009
The Re Entry Form asks for a Return Date, I don't have a return date as I have stuff to sort out when I go back to the UK, do I leave it blank ?
oncearugge
Any date will suffice! The travel dates do not appear on the permit which remains valid for the duration of your current "permission to stay" ddate.

ubonjoe
Your re-entry permit expiration date is the same as your current permit to stay date. You cannot get another one until you have done an extension of stay.
oncearugge
If your current multi-entry re-entry permit expires on 15 Dec. so does you permission to stay. You need to renew your extension of stay prior to obtaining a new re-entry permit. Most immigration offices will accept applications for renewal of extensions 30 days early.
