jamie2009
My Extension of Stay based on Retirement and my Mulit Entry Permit expire on the 15th of December. I am leaving Thailand on the 1st of December and I am not sure if I will return before they expire. If I arrive after that date is there a concession or do both expire then I would have go through the application procedure again, If I renew before I go will my Extension of Stay date start from the 15th, I only plan to get a Single Entry Permit this time. jacksam
Can't you do the extension early and get another reentry permit at airport.
oncearugge
You can renew your extension up to thirty days (45 days at some offices) early. A new extension, in your case, would be dated from Dec 15 Make sure a new re-entry permit is obtained to match the new extension. There are no "concessions" . Returning after the extension/re-entry permit expire would result in you being given a 30 day visa exempt entry

From an earlier reply I will renew before I go at Jomtien along with a Single Re Entry Permit.
