Is there anywhere else to look on the net or are there real estate agents in Thailand? How does rental work here re money down, deposits etc. Want something maybe 10 kilometres out of the busy centre. Rural / quiet setting. Preferably a nice 2 or 3 bedroom home or townhouse.
