wayned
You can blame me for the soft shell crab. I asked Passion about a month ago if they could find them for me and they did. I received 3 kilos on Tuesday afternoon and have already eaten four crabs. They are delicious! I don't ruin them by breading them and deep frying them, I sauté them in butter and a little olive oil and finish them buy adding capers and lemon to make a sauce after I remove them from the pan, easy to clean, easy to cook and they are done in about 6-8 minutes. Delicious! I didn't know that they were going to add them to the website until I read this thread. I've eaten the crabs, the smoked salmon and the tomahawk steak in the above pictures and all were great!

Bobojohnson
At first glance at PassionDelivery I was a bit taken aback at the prices. I thought most of the meats plus many of the other items were out of sight and certainly out of range for many Expats. I recently made a trip back to the US for the first time in 9 years. All that time sitting at home in Thailand I was not aware of what has happened during that time. When I got home and saw that the world has become much more expensive I realized that, in fact, the cost of the items that I viewed on Passion Delivery were not so high after all. When in the US I visited the Honey Baked Ham store for a half of ham for the holidays and when I was told that the item that was about $22 the last time I went to their shop had risen astronomically and now cost $89 for a half of ham. I was flabbergasted. Living in Thailand sometimes makes us unaware of how the economies of the world are all getting more expensive and cost rise everywhere, including Thailand, and sometimes are so expensive in our own homeland a person wonders how a family can survive with the cost of many items. Passion Delivery offers not only a vast selection of great quality foods, but they offer a reasonable price. No I am not affiliated with Passion Delivery in any way but have found that they not only offer great choices but they do it in a professional and respectable manner with a website that is easy and informative. For those guys that say they will just go buy a meal at McDonalds rather than eat quality food.....I don't have much to say.
