It refers to 30 day entries only & renewals to the 90 day limit. Nothing about retirement or work permits. So, now, let's the game begin... The big question mark now is : -will consulates give tourist visas to people who already have the maximum 90 days (within 6 month period) allowed stay with visa exemptions. -and if they do, will it be consistent, over time (for instance in 1 year) and per consulate.
