Looking for Rental in Pattaya

Hi

Im looking to rent a place in Pattaya. Ive tried four real estate agents but none to date have sent me anything that meets my criteria.

Im looking for:

• Condo or apartment or house
• Budget B30,000 to B35,000 a month
• Must be 30 minute commute to Amata City
• Furnished
• Prefer a six month lease but will look at 12 month lease

I had thought of a place on a golf course but not sure if anything available within my budget.

Probably looking at a condo/apartment North Pattaya ... Im not sure of the exact areas names ... with quick access to the road to Amata.

If you have something that may be suitable please let me know.
