billd766
I could almost smell it but I will have to go hungry or 125km to Nakhon Sawan as I don't have an oven. A Thai kitchen, yes, charcoal grills, yes, a toaster, somewhere, an oven, sadly not. I tried to get the wife to buy one but no was the answer, what was the question again. Yes dear. sbk
thaigerd, whats the "special baguette mixture"? Those look terrific, I don't have the knack for bread but do great with cakes and pies.

Those look terrific, I don't have the knack for bread but do great with cakes and pies. I buy it from a company which imports from Germany, 1Kg=250.-Baht. Make a quick and rough calculation: 7 baguettes are about less than 100.-Baht Gerd
lung
1Kg=250.-Baht.Gerd this is about 10 kilo "normaly" wheat i think it should work without the "spezial", only a breadwheat.. our oven is broken first the rats mean it is a good home .. then the wife take out all the ISO (wall) she was thinking its from the rats... and then broken a good (old) gas-oven. ######...
