p1p
I'm afraid I can not reccommend an eye specialist in CM. However, Dr. Thawachai in the Loi Kroh Clinic, opposite Wat Loi Kroh is a good, English speaking GP who would be well worth while for a first visit. He will refer you to a good ophthalmologist if needed.
lopburi3
You could try one of the hospitals but if the air is still as bad as two weeks ago you may just have to wait for heavy rain/strong winds to clear the sky. One thing that always helps me is to get a very hot wash cloth and hold over eyes for a few minutes and then use it to softly wash eyes.

Guest Lazarus
This will sound totally stupid, but you have pink-eye. taa daeng. Go see the old Akha doctor, takes 5 minutes and she will charge about 100 baht, or ring someone you know who has an Akha son.
lamphun
An eye infection doesn't always give you red eye. Sometimes infections appear as a slight clouding on the cornea and are difficult to see until they get really bad. You'll feel it though and know something is wrong. If you've still got problems at least visit Chiang Mai Ram and have the specialist there take a look.
