The bacon gives a delicious rich salty flavour which contrasts nicely with whichever kind of sausage you choose. Our pigs in blankets use Sloane's US style streaky bacon wrapped around delicious chipolata sausages. They are so easy to cook, just put them in the oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 mins.
