Accusing fingers are pointed toward a photograph of Chanabodin ‘Ja’ Nikulkan on Thursday at the Buppha Ram Police Station in western metro Bangkok.

BANGKOK — A 23-year-old man Thursday reportedly confessed to having inappropriate contact with hundreds of junior high school boys, some of whom were sexually abused, over the years since he himself graduated from high school.

Chanabodin “Ja” Nikulkan, 23, was charged Thursday morning with the abduction and abuse of children under 15 after parents of six boys went to police. Police said he subsequently admitted to seducing more than 300 children from the same boys school he once attended, and other nearby schools.

This is just a drop of water in the ocean. Thousands of thai boys are being abused in schools all over thailand. Not only by teachers, but by other students.

There is a long painful road ahead for thailand, if they choose to open this can of worms.

We did it in the west. The churches, the teachers, the scout camp volunteers, the orphanagesame . It was an epidemic that we could no longer turn a blind eye to.

Good luck thailand.

Aaahhhh a MAN is guilty. Never stated it is a Thai man. Now if it was a farang then that would be the headline!

Yes I agree with you, Chanabodin “Ja” Nikulkan doesn't sound like a Thai man,

more like an Eskimo's name.....

you realize this is a thai news forum, right? So it would be logical to assume that of otherwise mentioned, the article is about a thai person, no? I don't think on the USA they mention in every story that out is about an American, nor in Australian papers that it's about an Australian. Yet in most places if the story is about a non native, just like here in Thailand, they would mention it, no?

Yes but then the opportunity would be missed to have a go at the people whose country we choose to live in

"after parents of six boys went to police"

Sounds about right ... it took multiple visits from 6 parents before any action was taken. One can safely assume that the police saw no personal financial benefit in this complaint. On the other hand if you report a death of an expat they will be over at the deceased's premises in 10 minutes flat. Investigating cause of death usually involves asking where he kept his valuable belongings ..

" Chanabodin treated them to food, alcohol and cigarettes before taking them to his room, showing them pornography, then sexually abusing them. Boys who offered resistance were not allowed to leave..........

He said the abuse consisted of oral sex and touching their genitals.............he would sometimes give them up to 30 baht.........."

If found guilty, I would like this bastard to be beaten to a pulp and left for dead in a prison cell.

Place his penis on a large metal anvil and strike repeatedly with a large mash hammer this should be a good deterrent to discourage him from offending again with small children, and bar him from entering Thailand again for at least 10 years

@Post #7

"...the parents of six boys went to police because they were not satisfied with the upgrades of their offspring's grades after some time?" blink.png

What does the boy's teachers and grades have to do with this?

(That goes for anyone else here who may be incapable of reading comprehension regarding this article)

Teachers?

Just like in most of the West, if a non-western man commits a crime the headlines are "muslim man blah blah etc". Except for Sweden, where if a Muslim immigrant commits a crime the headlines read "Swedish resident blah blah" because they're afraid of politically incorrect facts.
