I'm looking for Nutmeg for some Ambrosia pudding to make it the way granny used to, but I'm coming up empty even at farang outlets. Does anyone know if it is available here? Marko's nutmeg has the hard outer shell REMOVED. If you buy whole nutmeg, it can be a pain in the ass to remove without damaging in shall removal. The shall is very tight clingy, unlike pecans or other nuts.
