We see them pass through every day or so. http://www.sunsailthailand.com/ I know a few people who run their own (group) charters on Sail boats - But they have no web sites or contact info- a popular place to hook up with one would be Railay beach on Railay or Long beach, Ko Lanta. Do you mean a 2 metre dinghy sailer or a 12 metre cruising yacht? I suspect by the vagueness of your question that you have no experience with boats in which case you are unlikely to have anyone let you have one unaccompanied.
