I went out to do some shopping a few years back around 7:30 AM when the going is generally clear. However, I unknowingly rode past an all-night party and 2 guys stepped out from behind a parked car and each blasted me on the Honda Wave point-blank with 10 liter buckets of water. I was knocked off the bike, the bike was smashed hitting the ground, and I had my glasses broken and was a bloody mess -- and the bunch of them commenced to laughing at the sight and their handiwork. The story continues but won't here ...

So Songkran for me is bunker-mode well-stocked at home with any friends of the female persuasion who might choose to visit.
