The common in common sense represents in this case, the mundane and the ignorance of common men who do not understand LGBT people and who have psychological difficulties with the idea of gender non conformism (the idea of chopping off the penis really frightens such common men) and also a weird perspective of what bathrooms are for. This issue requires exceptional sense, not common sense and such exceptional sense is sadly lacking with the right wing transphobes who keep telling trans people who they are and how they should act. (and will never) I assume ( hope ) you are trying to make a point with that and not being serious. Of course saying no one that didn't produce a child genetically their own can contribute is silly. I've been around enough rug rats in my life to know as much as if I had one of my own, plus I'm not blinded by that affliction parents have, of being blind to their own child's faults. BTW, if this thread was confined to LGBT people there would be very little going on. LGBT make up only a small fraction of the wider population, and I doubt there is a preponderance of LGBT on TV. What is your point? Other than managing to mention Trump OFF TOPIC OFF TOPIC OFF TOPIC in another thread that has nothing to do with Trump, it seems like a perfectly benign ad, and doesn't mention the GOP. Other than that the actor wears black nail polish ( yuch ) it's not going to stir any anti anything sentiment, let alone anti GOP. Grasping and straws come to mind.
