Baht bus Posted May 8, 2016 Share Posted May 8, 2016 Can anyone reccomend somewhere , or someone who can help me with rehabiltiion and strength building excercises in Udon Thani area . I broke my hip 2 years ago and have been unable to do much for a long time . I would beneift greatly in a gym environment; preferably with a training partner or personal trainer . Thanks in advance . xen Posted May 8, 2016 Share Posted May 8, 2016 I had a hip replacement a few years ago and the best rehabilitation i was given was in a pool doing hydro-therapy. Find a pool and do walking (both forwards and backwards) and other exercises like steps etc.- better than gym work unless you know what you are doing in the gym. Consider checking out rehab in physio therapy in a good hospital to start, and then continue on with the exercises which they have taught you.
