It's housed in a beautiful modern multi-story building opposite the MBK Shopping Mall and is easily accessible via an overhead pedestrian walkway from the BTS/MBK side of the road. Their easily found on the Internet. They display photographs, art, have contests, etc. May well known & respected (well educated) THAI photographers, videographers, etc are often around. They also have a few small cafes, coffee shops & an ice cream shop. A nice venue for anyone just to view/admire photographs, art, etc. Currently: The Royal Photographic Society of Thailand are calling on photographers to prepare submissions for The Fifth Chang Fine Art Photo Contest' It's a friendly environment. Enjoy! It is indeed a great place to visit; but hardly relevant to the question "is there a photography club in Pattaya"; to which the answer, as far as I know, is 'no'.
