ubonjoe
If you have a rental agreement in your name you can do the TM30 form as the possessor of the residence.
Mychoicetobehere
I have just been to Chonburi immigration for a letter of residence as my 5 year licences expire soon. I had my rental agreement, passport and copies, the yellow land papers {I think called Chinchot} but was told I need to tell them my landlords tax details. He is Australian and lives in Australia so I am unclear as to what I need to supply them with. His Australian address details are on the rental agreement so that cannot be what they require. Any one got any thoughts except moving.

ubonjoe
It seems the want want proof that he is paying Thai taxes on his income for the rental. They have asked other people for the owners work permit to apply for an extension.
