Popular Post Minnie the Minx
Me? Hahahaha no, have friends who own one though too much work imo but do get good menu ideas to use at home which I usually tweak because it's Cantonese fusion type of food. Ribs are very easy to make, just a smoky barbecue marinade, throw in some garlic and char siu sauce ( Chinese pork BBQ sauce) and into the oven. Always use the best quality meats you can buy. I do a lot of cooking at home if we eat out I try to recreate the recipe.
Minnie the Minx
This went with the ribs it's a twist in the Greek moussaka dish. OK Cinco de Mayo is Mexican but who cares, we had avocado salad, corm chips and home made salsa and of course TEQUILA ( and Corona). I just served the ribs cut up in that tray as I broke my big serving platter.

CLW
measured with a scale for gold?I was irritated, too.Apart from that there is no fresh yeast in Thailand.I read more down in the comments that 0,05g is about the size of a lentil or rice grain, so I used that amount of instant yeast

Popular Post U235
"Vol au Vent Thai Style" Honestly, I have been cheating a bit with this one, you should put the sauce in a pastry like in the pic below, but they are not for sale here and I have serious problem baking them (they mostly collapse so I just use a flat piece of pastry - the taste is the same anyway) The sauce is a thick roux with chicken, mushrooms and a dash of Madeira wine.
