Apothecary
Hi, Does anyone have any experience about survivability in Commercial Law in Thailand? I am in a contract negotiation with a client for electronic products supply (mainly TV screens) for a 3 year project and I have requested that the supply agreement is concluded after 5 years or to the length of the product warranty (whichever is greater). Customer is asking for survivability of the agreement to the full extent of the law which (1) I cannot find anything specific in Thai law (Principles of Survivability / Statutes of Limitation) to what this time frame would be, (2) It seems unpractical and unrealistic to enforce/uphold a supply agreement beyond a few years after actual product supply discontinues. Thanks in adance for any good suggestions.
