gilbreth99
Hi All, Anybody point me in the right direction please for almond flour (or ground almond)? Can't find at Foodland Soi 5, Sukhumvit, Villa Pattaya, etc. Much appreciated! If I can get it, will share an unreal recipe for low carb pizza. Thank you, Gil

TallGuyJohninBKK
Makro's Chong Nonsi branch usually has ground almonds / almond powder in the green plastic bags by Heritage brand. They have a whole display of Heritage brand products -- other things like cashews, almonds, raisins, dried berries, etc. -- along the far side wall close to the pharmacy and bakery section. They had it when I was there a week or so ago. But their stocks of such things tend to come and go, as they seem slow to restock. Villa Sukhumvit Soi 11 usually has some as well, but it generally seems to be in very small portion packages that are vastly overpriced.
gilbreth99
Thank you. I did find ground almond in Pattaya, at a bakery supplies store. 1kg for 480 baht. Good stuff. I asked about their supply, they said it was stable. Let me know if you need more details.
