captspectre
Why do not they punish the Thai moron who insult the young farang in the video. Not hard to figure that one out.......he's Thai. Plus I don't think he actually committed an offense. I think the Irish guy was lucky the Thai guy and a bunch of his friends didn't get more aggressively involved. punish the Thai man? if it were me I would have beat the shit out of both of them for bringing disrespect for foreigners in this country! do you not see anyhting wrong with this video? what if is was your daughter giving a blow iob to a man in public? what would you say and do? as for the aussie, his mates probably think that this is great! getting a blow job from an american bitch! he won't be getting any bad publicity, but the female, I doubt she will be able to go anywhere without someone recognizing her and maybe asking her for "seconds"
HooHaa
A couple of college kids exercised a moment of indiscretion...hardly the first time in history. Lesson learned. Hardly worth all the attention it has received. I wouldn't be surprised if that one Thai local who was so aggressive does not one day appear in a similar photo seated in front of numerous Police...he most definitely displayed a high level of hostility. Maybe a future tuk-tuk driver? It looks as though they were given the absolute minimum with respect to the offense (2,000 baht)... but they should still have been deported and banned from re-entering Thailand since it was still a criminal offense I believe. I would rather have someone young, with a living g spark and a hope of a future here than a miserable git like you who seems to have forgotten all. captspectre
dam! those two idiots should get out of dodge at once! don't they realize that their photo's are all; over the web in Thailand? and probably by now in the U.S.?? and the silly skinny looking bitch! where can she go now without being compared to monica? Bill's old BJ specialist! if i saw her on the street i would remind her how she looked with the small pecker in her jaws! cannot think of a more embarrassing thing than to be seen all over Thailand and the U.S. with a hangy down in your mouth! especially when the parents see it! and it will go to the U.S. especially this Thai Visa which has been forwarded to all my friends in the U.S.! I guess there are some people like yourself who think a BJ is the work of the devil. You sort of remind me of that book, "The Scarlet Letter". no, nothing bad about getting a blow job from a female! BUT getting it in public? would you give a blow job in public?
Docno
Have to commend the police (from two departments no less!) on their zeal, drive, and determination in hunting down these two suspects. HooHaa
Were you never young, stupid, or drunk? They handed themselves in risking more public scrutiny and abuse, all due to a lapse in judgment no doubt under the influence of alcohol. No I do not think they should be deported nor banned from the Kingdom for the crime of being young, careless drunk and horny! The minimum is all they deserved and the lesson has most certainly been learned by the simple fact that they owned up and took responisbility. Indeed they have given a lesson to those who continually run away from their responsibilities.Yes to the first question. I have though always been on my best behavior when visiting foreign countries because I believe guests should be on their best behavior.I don't consider a 2000 baht fine and being told to go home and never come back to be a "big punishment" for tourists. Miserable and unable to read it seems. Students not tourists.

It happens a lot in some schools in the US that guys get serviced by girls.... for an American they might just consider it normal student behaviour.... In Canada it would likely get you expelled from school. I stand corrected from an earlier comment. I read "exchange student" as either the Irish or American were exchange students in the others country - I have never heard of an exchange program with Thailand.... but then exchange programs are really just long term tourism for students. sahibji
it was very responsible and courageous for the couple to turn themselves knowing full well that there will be consequences to face. in this case the fine is justifiable as they did no harm anybody but did offend against morality and laws pertaining to obscenity. I should have written "in trying to hunt down these two". (However, to be clear, I was being ironic). I was also referring to this statement in the OP: "Police in Krabi, Surat Thani and Chiang Mai were reportedly working together to track down the two foreigners" Clearly some effort went into the police investigation of this matter... smotherb
There was a time when Thai men will say, You, you, now there's an added bonus with the <deleted> you man over and over again, to me, the vulgarity of the Thai guy is much worse than what those kid did, which is still wrong..... they could have shooed away nicely, not need for more obscenities and profanities..... Not sure where you have been or what you have heard, but I hear the "F" word coming out the mouths of farangs all the time--mostly Brits and Aussies, even the women. You seem to be out of touch; the supposed affront was to Thai morals, speaking an English profanity does not compare.
