They are to be fined for indecent behaviour and the person who filmed them, heavily fined for producing pornography. I must say I had a bit of a laugh. Hardly worth all the attention it has received. I wouldn't be surprised if that one Thai local who was so aggressive does not one day appear in a similar photo seated in front of numerous Police...he most definitely displayed a high level of hostility. Maybe a future tuk-tuk driver? How would you like it if a couple did that outside your house? That sort of behaviour would be unacceptable in Ireland, perhaps it's OK in the US, but I doubt it. Stupid farangs need to understand that they can't behave like rutting dogs just because they are overseas. They must have had a room, but they chose to do it in public in a conservative country. Jailed then deported banned from returning.
