If someone can recommend me a good Thai restaurant in Bangkok I am all ears. Hint. YamSap is not a good Thai restaurant. Hi, The big difference is, that Thai food in Thailand have less flavor, because on every table you have your ingredients to put the flavor like you want. In europe and probably as well in canada the thai food already have a flavor which not need to be something added. But most Thais (which only visits Europe) said, that the flavor is not what they prefered. So what is better? Let the cook decide or the person who eats it? I also prefer still the european style, where I become my meal and can start eat without putting fish sauce, sugar, chili or something on it. But this is Thai style...
