Tech Doctor Posted August 4, 2016 Author Share Posted August 4, 2016 Hi, A Quick Update rss feeds are now back, the links have changed for example http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/forum/178-hua-hin-cha-am-news/ becomes http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/forum/178-hua-hin-cha-am-news.xml replace the forum url with a xml on the end. You can create a custom stream using admin / menu .. For everyone to use built into the menu bar as a default :- As you can see its set as "New Content" When you click on it and after the page refreshes you can see the path it takes in "Activity" Now it only shows member new post to that thread or new threads.. Yes the new forum software works very well and i'm running it on two forums. Everyone at first didn't like it but no one likes change but after a few weeks everyone has found there feet again.. I have also created a stream of all the posts I participated in and that also works, but because of the indexing it only displays a couple days worth of posts. How is one expected to fix the font of text that is cut/paste from elsewhere without being able to see the "regular" font and size? (2) Where is the ability to indent text when posting? And in the absence of a "preview mode" how can we tell where lines are going to wrap*? (And even then that doesn't take care of browser rendering differences.) * Note that the width of the box for entering replies is different from (specifically greater than) the width of added replies. Tapatalk has a problem and it needs fixing as you can't reply to posts or threads. The mobile version works fine once all the background tasks have completed... Currently the mp4 has replaced animated gifs as the default funny picture format as the compression is much better. Please add this to supported files.
