webfact
Suu Kyi calls on peace conference participants not to dwell on the past NAYPYITAW: -- State counselor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi encouraged participants of the 21st Century Panglong peace conference not to dwell on the past, but to “look into the future with courage,” The Irrawaddy Online reported on Saturday. In her closing speech at the conference, Suu Kyi lauded the conference as a “proud landmark” and a testament to joint effort. She hoped that those who looked only to the past would think more for the future. “It is up the individual whether we remain stuck in the past, or whether we face the future with courage,” she said, adding peace talks were not for individual organizations or ethnic groups but for all people in the Union, and particularly for future generations. Its boring sickening and repetitious. This is the same in all matters. North Korea does its thing and governments come out with all of these neatly packaged catch phrases condemning etc. BS I have heard it all before as has he meaningless drivel. Words now are meaningless and your deadly afraid of action as KJ Ill has big brother China looking out for him and they care less what he does.
