Considering buying a house with swimming pool in Pattaya? My husband and I gonna leave Pattaya for good :D

My husband and I have moved to Kuala Lumpur last year. Since then, our house in SP Village 5, Soi Siam Country Club is rented out to a friend. We are considering to put the house on market once our tenant moved out on this coming November. Whoever interested can contact me by email ([email protected]).
