I also count my calories.. but I got set meals that i know how much they are. Is it not hard to eat 150g of fat ? I mean usually fat is combined with carbs or protein. Just curious here. Just curious here.Not usually that difficult at all! I like to use coconut oil, butter, olive oil. I also eat my fair share of avocados and use coconut cream as well.
