Take the lack of road education, almost invisible driver training, the ability to advance your driving career through a back-hand payment and you get the inevitable carnage on the roads due to hundreds of thousands of untrained, unqualified, inexperienced operators who, almost certainly, bought their way into the driving seat. Now extrapolate that across the educational, political, judicial, religious and para-military systems and you now have a believable explanation for 99% of the woes of Thailand. Awesome.
