webfact Posted September 27, 2016 Share Posted September 27, 2016 Dead Body Found in Moat This Morning by CityNews CityNews – A man was found dead in the Chiang Mai moat today after witnesses saw a body floating in the water near Tha Pae Gate this morning. The body of a man thought to be between 35 and 40 years of age and was wearing a black shirt, cream trousers and sneakers and was found to have his belongings still on him, including his mobile phone, keys, a pack of cigarettes but no ID.
