Photo: Yutthawat Lekmak PHUKET: -- The Phuket Waterworks Authority (PWA) has announced that the water supply will be shut-off in some parts of Phuket City, tomorrow (Oct 22) due to works being carried out on high-voltage power. The shut-off will be from 9am-5:30pm and affect 31 roads in the area.
