NON B Extension - Incomplete documents

Hi, the HR person of the company is new and inexperienced.

 

Some documents especially those from social security fund are really slow to get.

 

I probably won't have all the documents before my extension expires.

 

Anyone has experienced this before?

 

Would the immigration allow some grace period for getting the missing documents?

There is no grace period.

If most of the documents are submitted they might do the 30 day under consideration stamp.
