Photo: Eakkapop Thongtub PHUKET: -- A 54-years-old woman from Kathu yesterday set off on a 842-kilometre walk to Bangkok to honor His Majesty the late King Bhumibol who passed away on October 13. She is the second person from Phuket to set-off on the journey. Members of the Kusoldharm Rescue Foundation reported at 6am yesterday (Oct 26) that a Phuket woman is walking to Bangkok to pay condolences for HM the late King Bhumibol. The woman, Ms Malee Dongmai, 54, from Kathu was spotted crossing Sarasin Bridge early yesterday morning. Ms Malee said, “This is the first time doing such a long walk and what I am doing ismy way of showing love and loyalty to the late King.
