ubonjoe
Your 3 year old could enter on a 30 day visa exempt entry. Children under the age of 15 are not fined for an overstay but do get a stamp. I assume they do have a passport for Spain and have not gotten their Thai passport. Have you registered their at the Thai embassy in Madrid? If yes you could get them registered in a house book here and get their passport before leaving so it could be used for the next trip.
leomiguel
Thank you.yes he has a Spanish passport. No he has not been registered yet in the embassy in Madrid yet.I think I will apply for a 90 day visa for him,the same time I do mine.and will sort out his papers on our return.not sure I want the risk of him haveing a 30 day over stay and a stamp in his passport.
