rooster59 Posted November 5, 2016 Share Posted November 5, 2016 Three nabbed with 236,000 pills in Chumphon, Hat Yai By Kornkamon Aksorndech, Salinee Prap The Nation THREE drug suspects were arrested along with 236,000 “yaba” pills and 12 kilograms of crystal meth or “ice” in Chumphon’s Pathiu district and in Hat Yai, the Narcotics Suppression Bureau announced yesterday. The arrest of Anon Longsoh, 29, Maneewan Sasaeng, 20, and Kittisak Ranhi, 33, earlier this week stemmed from an undercover officer’s tip-off that drug dealers using pickup trucks would move narcotics from Laos through Mukdahan, Ubon Ratchathani, Surin, Si Sa Ket, Buri Ram, and Nakhon Ratchasima to the South. Officers monitored the route until they spotted two cars on Highway 3253 in Pathiu and found the drugs hidden under the backseats and a gas tank of the pickup that Anon drove while also capturing the other car that Maneewan drove to lead the way. optad Posted November 10, 2016 Share Posted November 10, 2016 I have been stopped on that road and had my BT50 searched. They were not concerned about driving infringements, alcohol or anything else.
