yellowboat
It is not using Bangkok roads, therefor, it is a vast improvement. Before BTS and MRT, the only way to get around cheaply and quickly was by using the klong and river ferries.
impulse
I'm pleased to see the splash shields to keep the filthy water from splashing up on the passengers.

George FmplesdaCosteedback
I have used these boats often, and I am pleased to see the new boats that look to be much better designed. They don't crash into each other, it was just difficult getting on and off with the lack of steps and an aisle in the middle. A good service, and if they replace or refurbish all the boats it will be much safer.
