The buffet offers a lot of raw seafood at their Saturday night buffet. Some, like the sushi, is to stay that way; others you cook to your liking.

Looks good. My experience at this coffee shop was not a good one. Food fine, but the farang (manager and female assistant) staff were awful; they spent the entire time staring at my lunch guest and me, which I found very off-putting.

I used to enjoy their seafood buffet and also the sunday brunch quite some times and even know the mentioned manager pretty well. I always enjoyed the attentive service there and I guess his intention was to attaned and respond to any wish right away.

But you're right, if it was like staring at you and your guest he might overdone it a bit. Nevertheless, since he's there, the service level enhanced a lot and the staff is much more well trained to the needs of the guests...and of course no doubt about the good quality / choice of the buffet.
