sioux2012
"While on the way back to Bangkok, he claimed that one of the front tires burst and because the inner lane of the road was under construction, making him unable to control the bus which skidded, flipped and overturned". Charge the driver: Speeding causing death. He admits the road conditions were not 100%, obviously the driver is required to adjust his speed to conditions of the road. He failed to do so. Blowout or not he was driving to fast for the conditions. GUILTY AS CHARGED
