From tourist visa to Non-O visa, then to make a retirement extention

Hello, I'm holding a tourist visa now, and going to change it to non-o visa in March so to make a retirement extension(all required documents in order already, including condo release contract, bank book & receipt of notification etc. )

 

Before to do the above, I'm planning to spend a few days in other cities like Phuket and Bangkok, will stay in hotels while traveling(already have the receipt of notification stapled on my passport) 

 

Will the trip causes any extra(or to update) document be needed to supply when I make my visa change in March in related to the trip? and does my landlord needs to do TM30 for me again when I return to the condo? or do I need to handle TM28 myself?
