Basso
I went to the cinema on last Sunday with my 2 daughters (10 and 11 years) to watch, as for theirs request (sigh !), the thai movie "Ruk-Kong-Rao /The moment": I would to avoid to mention the very low level of the movie (?), but I will not avoid to mention that there was several scenes showing teen-agers lighting up a sigarette, and smoking, without any sign of censorship: any consideration ? johng
Why do you think that censorship is the answer ?who decides what to censor ?is it ok to show people drinking alcohol, dancing provocatively, pointing guns, jumping out of aircraft ?as a responsible adult couldn't you just advise the kids that the things shown in movies is not always real/safe or advisable to copy. Basso
Thats not the point. Of course I advise my kids, and I am against of any kind of censorship too. The point is that the censorship exist here ( alcohol, guns and sigarettes are "blurred" in every movies I see in tv) but not in that case. Strange.
