BritTim
It has just been reported that the Appeals Court, convening without the defendants or defense lawyers present, on February 23 upheld the death penalty on Burmese nationals Win Zaw Htun and Zaw Lin for the murder of British backpackers Hannah Witheridge and David Miller. Source: http://www.barrheadnews.com/news/15126242.Migrants____appeals_over_British_backpacker_murders_rejected/ I deliberately omit any comment on the decision in this original post as I want to make it easy for the moderators to get rid of content they consider unsuitable later.
