I, by contrast, do run a bit "hot". My granny had an overactive thyroid, and when I ended up in front of the doctor doing a Robin Williams act they tested me. I was "within a normal range". That is, pretty f'kin high.

We all have our differences in our body, some build muscle easy others burn fat easy and the really gifted people do both. I don't have much problems building muscle (up to a certain limit of course)

I do find it a bit annoying when the girls i eat with can put the same amount of food away as me and stay lean :shock1:

But I have learned to live with it and just make sure I eat clean (no processed carbs) and loads of salads and veggies, eggs and yogurt (sugar free ones), oats in the morning and add protein powders when needed.
