What are you rambling on about?

He was just filling a few holes. He won't be arrested, he won't be liable for anything. He won't be billed for anything. He will not be in any trouble at all.

No mortal would dare to challenge this holy work.  His will be done!

Why would his repairs cause an accident? :post-4641-1156693976:

More likely for an accident when going through the pot holed road he fixed...!

When there's an accident happen on that fixed road then Thai 'logic' will be applied.

It was illegal and dangerous.

Illegal because he required a work permit and dangerous because  road asphalt is of a different consistency and quality  than the local fixit cement. The cement he used is not intended for roads and will quickly disintegrate and  crumble into dust.

Work permit, dangerous? What world do you live in?

Wish the bar and establishment owners on Soi Chaiyaphun in Pattaya would get together and make an effort before  I have to buy a trail bike.

Thanks for bringing that up,  Not sure who is responsible or what the people on the Soi have done to the City, but in this area I do not of any other Soi that is more need of a complete drain and paving project. Every Soi in the area is good but this Soi, yes you need more than a trail bike.
