nanasoon
I signed a contract for 6month and paid 2.5*monthly fee as a deposit. If I want to move out before it reach at 6month, do I lose all my deposit? If so, is there any way to receive even part of them? tonray
It depends. How many months early do you want to move out ? If only 1 month then likely you can get 1.5 months back less any cleaning/damage fees. Most apartments charge around 500 baht cleaning fee when you leave. If more than 2.5 months early then yes apartment has the right to keep the money to fulfill the contract.

samsensam
i would guess it depends whether the other party to the contract wishes to enforce the contract. i suggest sitting down with them and seeking a compromise.

That's what contracts are: commitments to perform a certain act, you promised to pay for 6 months and they in turn promised to allow you occupancy. Ask them and see what they say. balo
You need to find someone else to take over the contract , so the owner does not lose any money .
