This does of course require a police force that can't easily be paid off, and who will enforce the law, so might not be possible in Thailand...

the expensive cage drivers are as bad or worse.

 

why not require manufacturers of jags and benz's

and ferraris to install tamperproof equipment that

will keep speeds below 60 km/h.
