Sorry, was my mistake. I meant " wannabe 3rd genders", not those ladyboys who have their own bars in south Pattaya ( maybe also elsewhere in LOS)

 

    I've seen plenty of foreigners at such places and I'll never forget the one guy's message.:

 

   "They're so sexy and capable of doing certain things much better than girls can do because they're men too and know what it's all about". Mouth to mouth propaganda does the rest.

 

     The one really old guy from the UK then showed me how much "she'd love him" by grabbing both silicone filled Super balloons and I assume that he only came to Thailand because he's gay, or INTO ladyboys.

 

I've then excused myself when he wanted to buy me a beer and have a chat about the sexy creatures but I told him that my wife would wait around the corner and took off. I wasn't even inside this place but it was full and all of these sexy beasts already had a full-time customer. 

 

Thais are in no way stupid ( apart of their educational system) and plenty of Thai men then use this Thailand image to dress like a woman, a wig isn't really expensive and many of them then make more money in one day than they make in one rice harvest back home.

 

 You hit the nail with your message on its head, but many of them aren't even gay. They just dress up, borrow some lingerie stuff from friends and some of them are very successful.

 

Some easy to learn questions /greetings and expressions in English, let's take: " Hello sexy man" - " I want to go with you"- "I love you too much" and I" like to come with you" seems to be enough for some of them. 

 

  You didn't see such ugly guys in skirts 20 something years ago and medias like Facebook, etc. are helping them to get the needed information and how to get styled up and they get tips how to find a foreign man who pays a fortune for one night or short time,

 

 

 To be honest, if I'd be from such a poor background and drug addicted that I'd need 1,000 baht a day for ice, or Jabba, I'd properly do just the same, which is common sense and visible all around the world in certain establishments where men are seeking companionship with men or something in between. 

 

I have to admit that I've seen stunning ladyboys in Pattaya when I was the with my family and experienced huge problems with my wife when she thought I'd look at them for too long.

 

It's not a dark secret that most of the sex workers are using Jabba, or other hardcore drugs to switch their brains off when having sex with a 72-year-old customer from Obamaland, or elsewhere.

 

  Most of the guys who got ripped off by some skirt and wig wearing guys don't even go to the cops because of understandable reasons that might involve their wives and friends.

 

Of course do many tourists not understand the difference between a gay and a ladyboy and even Thais call gay people ladyboys. 

 

There are so many warnings about Pattaya's, let's call them fake ladyboys, but not too many actually want to read the root of the problem. 

 

BTW, I'd not even walk around with  $ 300 in a city in the States, well known for pickpockets and other snatchers.

 

   But this country is so special that so many people marry a prostitute who's been "in business" for 20 years and longer.

 

The mostly corrupt cops are of course not really interested in typing 50 similar reports in one night and foreigners should be aware that not all places are safe in Thailand. 

 

Too many from our countries have lost their lives just because of money and that's the most important thing for all who're involved in the sex industry.

 

If anybody on this forum believes that you can buy love and friends, then it's time to rethink life. 

 

 Sorry for the long post, but I don't have any sympathy for guys who walk around with some good cash in the early morning hours when most cops are asleep.

 

I guess the poor soul just wanted to feed the monks and donate his money to a temple when he got "hugged" ( napped). Happy New Year !!!

I enjoy walking in the early hours.  I don't go hugging ladyboys, but sometimes they sure have come out and tried to hug me.  When two or three do it at the same time, it is hard to push them away without one of them getting a hand on something.  My pants pockets have a button inside a flap of the pocket and there is no way to quickly get in the pocket.  One time as one groped my arm, she saw the cheap Wal Mart $8 USD watch and just gave up!

It's just not very bright to have a bulging wallet in the back pocket in many places............I understand certain plazas in Italy, crowds in Rio; international airports can be havens for pickpockets, lo and behold beachroad in Pattaya.

 

Moneyclip in the front pocket with cash, drivers license, ATM card is all that's necessary. That one doesn't carry a possibly stupid big wallet in the back pocket is a "cheap charlie"? Hardly mate, maybe just smarter than average/ haven't done a whole lot of traveling charlie.

I think the answer is yes and no.

 

     But most gay people aren't attracted to ladyboys. But some are. ( I've read that somewhere on a forum here) Same same, but different? 

 

   As far as I know are some gay guys on this forum and it would be great to answer this question.

The problem is that quite a lot of people are keen to have sex with a 3rd gender, but sitting there with their mates they act like the Super heteros. I don't think it's something bad when somebody fancies with spending a night/ hour, etc with a ladyboy.

 

But too many men who do so are like female cats and tell others they look so gay, or similar.

 

  Sexuality is nothing people should be ashamed of. I've heard so many gay jokes of people who turned out that they were gay.

I'm only from a small fishing village called Liverpool, so if any of your mates were dropping anchor in poo bay you would definitely get to hear about it,belive me.

Thailand is a developing country, but nobody says something when men wear skirts, girls hold hands and you know it's more than a friendship.

 

  Sad is that some of these people would get hit by some guys who find that "not normal" back home.

 

     We foreigners are hiding behind our keyboards and of course is nobody watching gay porn, nobody does something that would be considered pervert because heteros don't do that.

 

   But when you're online on certain web pages you'll find out that a lot of men are bi, or gay.

 

  A lot of people are scared shortless with their "coming out", aware that some of their mates would really pick on them, or properly hit them.

 

     That's the sad part and we call our places more developed, while people in Thailand do things what's considered weird in our countries.

 

    I've had great conversations with gay people and lesbian and I might never understand why especially younger Americans who grew up under the Bush Administration got so many problems with their own sexuality.

 

   In my opinion, it's not the sexual orientation or color of the skin that makes somebody to a good person.

 

   Honest people who look in a mirror before ( or never do) they say something about others are the good guys.

 

   Not the ones who're hiding behind a pint and badmouth gay people, druggies, or colored people.

 

    It's only one world and none of us could choose where we were born, right?

 

   Just look at Thailand and you'll find out that foreigners are mostly talking bad about other foreigners, instead of enjoying their lives and let people do what they want.

I am always more disgusted by the uniformed thieves in these line up pictures...drug addiction is a powerfull force that is never addressed in Thailand,homlessness combined with abusive family and childhoods are never pretty, the road to crime comes from somewhere,it doesn't just ''begin'' ,look at this picture again..who are the real victims...god bless...and sawdee no crap
