jamie2009
I rent a house in Pattaya and pay bills directly too PWA and PEA via 7/11, I am going away for a couple of months. I believe it is too late to set a Direct Debit up. Can I 'load'my Accounts up with money to put me in Credit before leaving ?
thaitero
With PEA i have used https://epay.pea.co.th/epay/ to pay when outside of country.

Guderian
I'm sure the helpful people at the PEA will be happy to let you load up with money to pay the bills while you're away. As for the PWA though - they're pretty much a law unto themselves. Before I set up direct debits I used to get a farang neighbour to pay the bills for me at 7-eleven as they arrived. Do you know somebody nearby you can trust to pay the bills for you?

Kwasaki
Just pay more than the amount shown to cover your absence on the recent bill at 7-11.
