Jockstar
How many people are planning to quit (for good) on New Years Day? Me for one. The countdown begins. Definately me. Have stopped and started a few times this year. So start of a new year. Start off by quitting smoking for ever. old blighty
Absolute disgrace and huge loss of face. I lasted less than two hours. On the Second of January had an appointment to monitor BP. Doctor told me straight, "Stop Smoking." My response? A Taxi to Big C to buy a packet of LM si daeng. Dear me! Is it this hard? So insidious. I didn't expect sheer panic at the thought of no more cigs. Jockstar, leisurely well done. Keep on going. I'll be there soon. LostInLife
hello I planned to give up smoking new year 06 and failed. so im going to try again this year, at the strike of midnight i said that would be my last smoke, but the cravings cought me out, so i sat and thought about it and i have decided to cut down before quitting, this is the only way i have got hope. and its going well now a week in and im down from more then 10 smokes a day to now 2 to 3 a day and i find that quite an achievement, so if you are to plan on giving up smoking give your body less then take away you have more hope in achieving your goal best wishes to you all and i hope you can all manage to give up
Jockstar
I have quit. Not on the stroke of midnight though. I enjoyed my last ciggies on the 1st. I have had one other smoke since the 1st. So i'm gonna do it for sure. For those giving up. Keep at it.
