The top one is the one Jai Dee listed that changes as the member post count climbs (but can be also be edited as the member post count exceeds 500 posts). The member status displayed below the avatar indicates what permission 'group' the member belongs (Members, Advanced Members, Moderators, Global Moderators, Administrators, etc).
