nellyp Posted June 28, 2017 Share Posted June 28, 2017 I am trying to find some concrete rules for private schools and have been looking at the PRIVATE SCHOOL ACT B.E. 2550 (2007)(As Amended by the Private School Act (No.2) B.E.2554), Within the contents it makes this statement. "Working protection, the adoption of Working Protection Committee and the minimumremunerations of the Director, teachers and educational personnel of the Formal Schools shallbe in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Commission." The commission are the Private Education Promotion Commission, but how do I find the rules? This is ridiculously difficult to get to the bottom of ... Any help would be appriciated. P.S. i realise this is often talked about on here, but I have never found the actual rules as per the Private School Act.
