Has collar, and though frightened, is friendly. I can't keep it, already have three. Suggestions appreciated. Oh, I'm in the Mae Rim area of Chiang Mai. We now have 2 Persians and 5 Persian cross kittens to go with 2 soi cats and 4 soi kittens. Luckily for me I have 2 dogs to keep me sane....
